Holistic Integrative Systems Solutions, LLC (HISS) was borne from repeated requests and outright demand for Lightning Strike Global, LLC (LSG) to lead and develop a PPE initiative under one brand. This is because LSG are trusted advisors with global assets (business professionals and Strategic Partnerships) and resources, has been in the Health and Wellness space from the 2013 launch of LSG, and with our predecessor companies dating back to the mid to late 1990’s. With our proprietary business systems approach and model, we answered this call-to-action with the formation of the Power of ONE entity, HISS.

Holistic Integrative Systems Solutions, LLC (HISS), an autonomous LSG company, was organized and developed with the purpose of bringing honesty and integrity to an otherwise dishonest business, the PPE space. HISS identifies “real” sellers and buyers who are principled with integrity versus pseudo-entities and those who operate by deception. Within the composition of LSG, and now HISS, some working together since the 1990’s, adding only like-minded professionals through the years, as “people” are dying, and at risk, it was natural to engage in this initiative. As each of us strongly believe, as Edmund Burke suggested, “… When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall, one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle.” We are not to be confused with naïve altruists, in that we fully appreciate and address the challenges of the greed and deception in this sector. With those who have the honesty and integrity we collaborate while providing much needed and necessary PPE products and solutions. We believe in capitalism with a human face.

EVERYTHING is relevant. The degree of relevance and each component within each program's eco-system, within all parameters and established protocols, must be determined to optimize operational and organizational efficiencies and effectiveness.

Through sector analysis, due diligence and organizational forensics for every party engaged, business development strategies, tactical and strategic planning, cultivation of our current network, additional networking, and implementing an honest straightforward approach and process, with an integrated, systemized and optimized plan to execution, HISS operates as a conglomerate of business professionals working together under one brand, synchronized in concert, holistic and gestalt, in all areas of the industry. This sector doesn’t have to be as complex as it seems. Complexities arise from either deceivers or people that simply do not know the sector as well as they should. When established protocols are followed, HISS will know the correct answers, or will acquire the correct answers the first time, and together with the buyer, or the seller (as we facilitate both), will establish the most efficient, effective, feasible and equitable path. We follow the Churchill system of “Out of intense complexities, intense simplicities emerge.” Through our years of business in various sectors, we have developed teams of experts that each excel in their core business strengths. HISS has created a diverse business portfolio in many industries enabling our team to capitalize on the rapidly changing market. This is epitomized throughout our company of peers, across our executive structure, and from the trenches to executive decision-making.

Since the pandemic began, we have worked hard behind the scenes to create a fully integrated systems approach. Currently, we are working with a vast network in both the manufacturing and on the ground sales of PPE goods. Each HISS associate specializes in their own unique areas enabling us to source nearly any available product, both foreign and domestic. We have spent months cultivating and researching each of these companies to help ensure we can deliver nearly any request our buyers may have at competitive market pricing.

Our sourcing portfolio, combined with our network for PPE throughout the world, allows us to take purchase orders for multiple test kits (PCR & Antibody), gloves, masks, gowns, thermometers, ventilators, and much more. Rather than searching or shopping for the proper items you need, we are able to do that for every client by consolidating all of our resources and knowledge under the Holistic brand. We are forever optimizing and positioning ourselves to stay ahead of the changes that are constantly happening overseas, and domestically, which is why we do not deal with one primary source. HISS will quantify and qualify everything for our buyers throughout the entire sale process. HISS evaluates and determines which of our seller-sources best serves the buyers needs and parameters, will stay engaged to ensure the utmost integrity of engagement for the buyers, sellers, and our own interests.

Also established within our comprehensive portfolio is Klink Law Group which provides escrow, performance bond, accounting and paymaster services. As is clearly depicted, HISS is an integrated systems solutions provider, with no gaps or voids.

As the HISS portfolio is not only relegated to seller-sources only, in many instances we also have provided the buyer from our network of endless entrepreneurs, companies and institutions. In these instances, the value of HISS, being both customizable and flexible, is perhaps the greatest value among all the parties involved. As without HISS, there would be no buyer, and there would be no seller. HISS is the bridge, catalyst and path to a successful PPE transaction.
